Tzionism and The Current Situation in Eretz Yisrael
The secular establishment of Israel is using the current situation as an excuse to justify the destruction of the Torah that’s keeping us alive. This is done via trying to take away funds from the Jewish schools and daycares, and they claim that it’s because the kharedim aren’t joining the army even though many are.
It is important to understand the reality of the universe and how our secular brethren are trying to suppress our relationship with Hashem.
Modern-Orthodox Jews might not agree with the idea that the secular establishment is against us. Nevertheless, I’ve never heard Ben Gvir claim that there’s something wrong with Limud Ha-Torah. Likewise, there’s nothing wrong with the Chesed done by Open-minded Orthodox Jews including those associated with Chabad-Lubavitch or various individuals who do Bikkur Cholim.
The celebration of the killing of Sinwar is, in no way, a celebration of the Tzionist ideaology. Sinwar was a wicked person who will burn in جهنم.
Sinwar was responsible for the murder of over a thousand Jews including but not limited to those who died on Shemini Atzeret and those who have died since then.
In fact, contrary to the more Liberal Tzionist movements, the opposition to the rise of Islam wasn’t coming from the early Tzionist movement, Muslims would be the majority of Israel if it weren’t for the Observant Jews having kids, and the secular establishment of Israel did not perceive Ḥamas (עמלק) as a threat worth extinguishing until after 1,000+ Jews were murdered.
The majority of Tzionists were doing nothing about destroying them pragmatically. In fact, the biggest synagogue of the Jewish Tzionist movement is more focused on instilling Goyish values into Jewish people when, ideally, it’d make more sense to challenge the enemies of Yisrael and make that the staple of Jewish nationalism.
Mourning for the loss of a soldier has nothing to do with Tzionism. Opposing radical Islamic extremists is a matter of human rights. Tzionism is merely a sociopolitical philosophy. It has nothing to do with the current situation where we’re literally fighting Amalekim. And destroying עמלק is a מצווה. Destroying Hezbollah is a matter of human rights because they are radical Islamists.
Islamists are hostile towards Jews because they’re Antisemitic. It was never about challenging the legitimacy of the Tzionists. The massacre on October 7th was absolute proof of this. It was an assault on people because of the presumption that they’re Jews.
The Book of Exodus 22:1-2 and The Tractate of Sanhedrin 72a justifies killing Islamic extremists and the other enemies of Yisrael because the goal of these terrorists is to murder Jewish people for the sake of us being Jews.
